Several of Colorado’s early childhood stimulus activities will be administered by a contracted vendor.
Colorado Vendor Self Service
To apply to be a vendor, please use the Colorado Vendor Self Service (VSS) website. In order to apply, entities must create an account in VSS. Search "Office of Early Childhood" to find the available opportunities. You can also search for opportunities using the "Public Access" button on the left side of the page.

Employer Based Child Care Facility Grant - NOW OPEN until August 30, 2023 at 1 p.m. MST
This grant will help address these issues and build more child care capacity by providing up to $800,000 per award to support non-child care entities in constructing, remodeling, renovating, or retrofitting a child care center for its employees. This funding is available as a result of the passage of Senate Bill 22-213 in 2022. Eligible entities can find the link to the application on the State of Colorado Vendor Self Service website once the Request for Applications opens. Have questions?
